BID SECURITY: Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price payable to WEBER SCHOOL DISTRICT as a guarantee that the bidder, if his bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Contract, secure payment of worker's compensation insurance and furnish a satisfactory, faithful performance bond in the amount of one hundred (100%) of the contract price and a payment bond in the amount of one hundred (100%) of the contract price.
