The awarded bid will be used to purchase the needed equipment to a single vendor as determined by committee to be the best value to Weber District. Purchases will be made by purchase order with Net 30 terms. If items are specified by brand, please bid on the brand specified or one of equivalent quality and value. Please include freight costs as part of the bid FOB Destination Freight Prepaid. No installation is needed and should not be included in the bid. Bids must include all applicable costs, including any/all additional charges such as all warranties, shipping cost, etc. The District reserves the right to purchase all or a limited number of items requested. This bid may be awarded to multiple vendors as determined by the District to be in their best interest. You are invited to bid on all or part of the items listed. Orders for equipment will be submitted to the awarded vendor(s) by purchase order. All Weber School District POs have net 30 terms. No down payments will be issued unless specified in bid submissions and agreed upon by The District The Board of Education, Weber School District, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes, or any portion thereof, and to waive informalities in the bid process in the interest of the Board of Education.
