Sealed bids are invited for the Kiowa Public Schools Gymnasium HVAC Project. Work Included: 1. Parking and Staging Area 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Protection of Existing Building, Site Features, Lawns and Landscaping Protection of Existing Building and Installed Work Construction Waste and Recycled Material Control Worker and Public Safety Notification Signage Fire Extinguishers The interior portion of the work must be 100% complete on or before May 29, 2026, and the total project must be 100% complete on or before July 31, 2026. Bidders may access the project site and building Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, by making an access request to the Owner at least 24 hours in advance. Bids must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Bid Surety in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. Late bids will not be accepted.
