The work consists of construction of the County's Probation "La Plaza A" Relocation at 2300 County Center Drive, Santa Rosa, California. The work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of ADA-compliant access ramps (with accessories) and various interior improvements such as doors, access controls, improved lighting, and other upgrades in approximately 3,300 square feet of office space to be used as the Day Reporting Center for the County Probation Department. Bidders must obtain bidding documents by registering at Sonoma County's Supplier Portal. Submit one signed hard copy bid in a sealed envelope clearly marked as instructed. Late submissions will not be considered. Attend the mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit as a condition to bid. Bids are to be submitted to Sonoma County Public Infrastructure at 400 Aviation Blvd. Ste. 100, Santa Rosa, CA 95403. Ensure the bid package is complete, sealed, and delivered in person to the front counter staff, who will provide confirmation of receipt. All questions must be submitted in writing by the specified deadline. Adhere to all guidelines for a fair and transparent bidding process.
