James Monroe Elementary School Exterior Paint Project The Project includes cleaning surfaces, protecting non-paintable surfaces, priming, and painting the exterior of buildings. The successful bidder shall file a payment bond issued by an admitted Surety authorized to conduct business in the State of California approved by the District. A performance bond will also be required. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject any one or more items of a bid, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding process. Any questions pertaining to the bid documents are to be directed via e-mail only to the District's Construction Manager, Greystone West Company, via email to Diana Garbuzov at diana@greystonewest.com and copied to john@greystonewest.com. Questions must be received before 4:00 p.m. on March 24, 2026, questions received after this time will NOT be addressed.
