Sonoma County Public Infrastructure is soliciting bids for the 2026 PAVEMENT PRESERVATION PROGRAM - FULL DEPTH RECYCLING & OVERLAYS. The County requests that bidders submit their bids in a sealed envelope to Sonoma County Public Infrastructure's office located at 400 Aviation Boulevard, Suite 100, Santa Rosa, California, on April 2, 2026, by 2:00 p.m., as determined by the clock displayed on the lobby's monitor. Bidders shall submit the entire bid book and all other required documents for the bid submission enclosed in a sealed envelope to Sonoma County Public Infrastructure's office. The Bid Opening will be conducted in person. Virtual attendance with Microsoft Teams will also be available. The County will open all Bids promptly following the deadline for receiving Bids and initially evaluate them for responsiveness, and determine an Apparent Low Bidder as specified herein. The Director of Sonoma County Public Infrastructure will review the bids to consider awarding the project within 1 to 60 days of the bid opening. General Work Description: The work to be done consists, in general, of full-depth recycling and/or placement of an asphalt concrete overlay on various County roads together with associated flagging, traffic signal modification, metal beam guard rail replacement, ditch maintenance, culvert replacement, traffic control and preparation required to construct the work, repair of pavement structural sections, cold planing, shoulder backing, delineation of the new pavement surface, and such other items or details not mentioned above, that are required by the Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions.
