Sonoma County Public Infrastructure is soliciting bids for the 2026 Pavement Preservation Program - Seals & Overlays. The work consists generally of placement of chip seals, slurry seals, and asphalt concrete overlay on various County roads, with associated flagging, metal beam guard rail, ditch maintenance, culvert replacement, traffic control, pavement structural section repair, cold planing, shoulder backing, and delineation of the new pavement surface, along with any other required items or details per Standard Specifications or Special Provisions. additional bid open note: The Bid Opening will be held in person at Sonoma County Public Infrastructure's office located at 400 Aviation Boulevard, Suite 100, Santa Rosa, CA 95403. Bids are required for the entire scope of work and must comply with "Buy America" provisions. Contractors must possess a Class A license and, if applicable, a Hazardous Substance Removal Certificate or list a licensed subcontractor. All contractors and listed subcontractors must be currently registered to perform public work. State contract nondiscrimination and compliance requirements apply. The project is subject to a Community Workforce Agreement. Bidders must obtain bidding documents via Sonoma County's Supplier Portal.
