Installation of temporary traffic signals including boring underground conduit, traffic control, WisDOT coordination (including WisDOT supplied signs/items), removal of a portion of existing median, cover and plate existing inlet, install base aggregate, temporary asphaltic pavement and temporary asphaltic curb, reconstruct existing median inlet to capture storm water, temporary pavement markings, grading, erosion control, and restoration.
