Description

Site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Springboro, Ohio. Working plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; for the addition of a industrial development; 1,000-seat playground / park / athletic field; and industrial development.

The project scope includes Junior High School restrooms, locker rooms, and furniture, a science wing addition, and cafe upgrades at the Junior High School. Work also includes the Transportation Building, maintenance building, and a new athletic complex with a 1000-seat grandstand, press box, synthetic turf, stadium lighting, bathrooms and concessions, and associated site work. Scope also covers district-wide safety and security, student furniture, technology, traffic and parking improvements, and STEM-based improvements. Upgrades are planned for Five Points and Dennis buildings, including lockers, science, music, and playground improvements. District support space at Springboro Intermediate is also included. Additional various upgrades may be finalized.
