Sealed proposals are requested for the supply of the following items: 5,000 tons each, more or less, of AASHTO #8(1B) Stone, AASHTO #3B (anti skid) Stone, AASTO #3 (3A) Stone, 2RC (2A Modified) Stone, and AASHTO #1 (4) Stone; 200 tons each, more or less, of Superpave binder course, 19.0mm, and Superpave wearing course, 9.5mm; 10,000 gallons each, more or less, of MC-70 and E-3M. Supervisors may take samples of supplied materials prior to the award. Bidders should provide prices for both delivery and plant pick-up. Liquidated damages apply at 10%. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the Municipality and must include a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid amount, payable to the municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
