The Shorewood Senior Resource Center is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide architectural design, construction documents, and construction administration services for the renovation of the former North Shore Health Department space into the Benjamin Center. The project involves creating a flexible, welcoming community hub serving older adults and the broader community. The selected firm will serve as Architect of Record and will be responsible for project design, preparation of construction documents, and construction administration services through project completion. The facility includes approximately 1,680 sq ft of total space, with an office area of about 1,380 sq ft and a conference/program room of about 300 sq ft, located within a P-1 Civic and Institutional District.
