Site work and paving for a road / highway in Hazleton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The work includes all labor, materials, tools, and oversight for mobilization, milling, bituminous paving, base repairs, and maintenance and protection of traffic. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder. Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this contract. All Prime Contractor Bidders must be PennDOT Prequalified as a Prime Contractor and for the tasks they complete, and for what they assign to their subcontractors. The City of Hazleton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days.
