Renovation of a mixed-use development in Princeton, West Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; educational facility; and educational facility.
The Mercer County Board of Education is seeking expressions of interest from qualified design professionals to provide Architectural/Engineering Services for miscellaneous small projects ranging from $50,000 to $1,000,000. Qualified firms are invited to obtain a copy of the Statement of Qualifications and submission requirements from the Director of Purchasing. Statements of Qualifications must be received no later than 3:00 pm local prevailing time on March 4, 2026. Six (6) copies are required to be submitted. The Mercer County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all statements from architectural or engineering firms and to make the award in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of Mercer County Schools in accordance with WV Code 5G-1-3.
