Designer Services are requested for conducting a conditions study for the historic section of the Morse Institute Library in Natick. The submission must be a sealed Response for Designer Services. The Town of Natick may award one or more contracts, if at all, to the most qualified responsive and responsible Responder who complies with the Response Submission Requirements. The contract will be awarded on a negotiated basis, with a total fee not to exceed fifty thousand dollars, subject to negotiation and all outlined procedures. All Responses must comply with the RFQ and all provisions referenced. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Responses in the best interest of the Town. There is no feasibility for the project. The project budget, including construction and design fees, is approximately one hundred thousand dollars. Method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
