Bid Package #2 of the Central High School Additions & Renovations project located in Grand Junction, Colorado. General Project Description: FCI Constructors, Inc. has been contracted by Mesa County Valley School District 51 as Construction Manager / General Contractor for the Central High School project located in Grand Junction, CO. The project scope includes 65,000 SF of new construction/addition and 11,000 SF of renovation on the existing school campus. Currently, construction is scheduled to begin in March 2026 (for scopes procured in Bid Package #1), with a total project substantial completion date of December 2028, with several phase substantial completion dates; see the Master Schedule for phases. Bidders are instructed to include the necessary resources to perform their scope(s) within the scheduled timeframes and include cost escalation on all labor, materials, and equipment in accordance with the schedule.
