Renovation of an office development in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.

The goal of this project is to repair and upgrade the bathroom, both office spaces, and the break area within Building 15 C-Bay of Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) to improve the condition, functionality, and overall quality of facilities that are currently in disrepair. The contractor shall perform tasks including but not limited to: bathroom doorframe replacement, deep cleaning and replacement of bathroom fixtures, installation of toilet partitions and partitions between urinals, floor cleaning, surface preparation and painting, window replacement, ceiling fan installation, pop up drain vent replacement, replacement of floor expansion joints, and specific upgrades in office and breakroom areas such as preparation and painting of doors and frames, installation of heavy-duty door closures, improvements to door security and access control, window AC removal and wall replacement, securing and finishing of wall panels, installation and finishing of VCT tile flooring, lighting upgrades to LED, removal of electric heating, cabinet and plumbing replacements, and installation of a new mini-split heat pump system. In the large office, work includes full ceiling replacement, lighting upgrades, door and trim work, removal and replacement of insulation and wall finishes, conduit and cabling upgrades, and other interior improvements. Exterior repairs include painting of steps, risers, treads, and handrails with designated safety and anti-slip finishes. All remaining items in offices will be removed, appliances relocated, and all doors adjusted to meet ADA standards. Partial proposals will not be accepted. Quotes must include the address of a bona fide place of business located within 125 miles of Defense Supply Center Richmond, from which mobilization occurs. The contractor is responsible for compliance with all stated requirements and must provide inspection notice as specified for various stages of work. See SOW for complete project requirement detail. The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within 10 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 140 days after NTP.* The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. Small business set-aside: 100% Question Deadline 03/16/2026 online submission. Disclosure of magnitude: the estimated magnitude of the award is between $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
