Renovation of a water / sewer project in Blue River, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Painting and powder coating: Touch ups to be completed on fixtures, furniture, and equipment within the DDBID. We are in immediate need of furniture touch-ups on all blocks of 16th Street. Plumbing and irrigation: DDBID is responsible for certain plumbing and irrigation systems located in the district, which include decorative fountains along 16th Street and at Wynkoop Plaza at Denver Union Station, irrigation systems on 16th Street, California, Curtis, and Larimer Streets. Electrical The DDBID is responsible for electrical systems on 16th Street and 14th Street, which includes power outlets, light fixtures, and power distribution units (PDUs). Lighting: The DDBID is responsible for 16th Street globe light repairs and other lighting projects. Fabrication: General tradesperson/ handyperson with a creative skillset to complete various projects. Pavers and Masonry: DDBID is responsible for the maintenance of the sidewalk pavers and the concrete transition strip between 16th Street and private property. General construction: Trip hazard repairs, sidewalk repairs, removal and/or installation of various items throughout the DDBID, and special projects. Reference Number 0000414056 Qualified individuals, firms or consortiums are invited to submit a sealed bid to the Town of Breckenridge (hereinafter referred to as "TOWN," "BUYER") for procurement of a Dissolved Air Flotation System for the Gary Roberts Water Treatment Plant Rehabilitation ("PROJECT") as outlined in the bid documents. The purpose of this solicitation is to bind a competent, experienced equipment provider into a formal Agreement with the TOWN to provide the equipment and perform the work described in this Invitation to Bid and the attachments hereto. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing Goods and Special Services including labor, materials, and equipment for the Procurement of a Dissolved Air Flotation system. Please see attached full bid package for the PROJECT. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid guaranty bond, or a certified or cashier's check payable to the order of the Buyer in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Base Bid for the Procurement Bid as a guaranty that the Bidder will execute the Procurement Option Agreement and Procurement Agreement, if awarded, in conformity with the Bid Form.
