Painting and powder coating: Touch ups to be completed on fixtures, furniture, and equipment within the DDBID. We are in immediate need of furniture touch-ups on all blocks of 16th Street. Plumbing and irrigation: DDBID is responsible for certain plumbing and irrigation systems located in the district, which include decorative fountains along 16th Street and at Wynkoop Plaza at Denver Union Station, irrigation systems on 16th Street, California, Curtis, and Larimer Streets. Electrical The DDBID is responsible for electrical systems on 16th Street and 14th Street, which includes power outlets, light fixtures, and power distribution units (PDUs). Lighting: The DDBID is responsible for 16th Street globe light repairs and other lighting projects. Fabrication: General tradesperson/ handyperson with a creative skillset to complete various projects. Pavers and Masonry: DDBID is responsible for the maintenance of the sidewalk pavers and the concrete transition strip between 16th Street and private property. General construction: Trip hazard repairs, sidewalk repairs, removal and/or installation of various items throughout the DDBID, and special projects.
