Step 1 - Electrical Load Evaluation . Step 2 - Emergency Backup Generator Design and Construction Oversight The emergency backup generators will be installed at the Howard Berry Water Treatment Plant (HBWTP), the Recreation and Senior Center (RSC), and the Police and Municipal Building (PMB) to ensure these essential City facilities may remain fully operational during power blackouts and emergency situations. Note that HBWTP has an existing generator that is being replaced.
