The work shall consist of, but not limited to methods and materials for the rehabilitation of partially and fully deteriorated pipelines by the UV Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) PROCESS, incidentals within the City of Louisville. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bidder Prequalification/Preregistration Required - Insurance Required Bids shall be in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the Project Name and Date and addressed to: City of Louisville Office of City Engineer 749 Main Street Louisville, Colorado 80027 Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid security consisting of a properly Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond, in the amount of five (5) percent of BIDDER'S Total Bid Price, without conditions, payable to the City of Louisville. Bid security will be retained by the City until the seventh day after the Effective Date of the Agreement whereupon Bid security furnished by such Bidder's will be returned. Bid security with Bids, which are not competitive, will be returned within fourteen days after the Bid opening. No Bid will be considered unless accompanied by such Bid security. The successful BIDDER will be required to furnish a performance bond and a labor and material payment bond to the City of Louisville guaranteeing faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract. No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date fixed for opening Bids.
