Reference Number 0000412114 The City of Louisville requests proposals to provide Professional Geotechnical Engineering Services and/or Construction Observation Services for the 2026 and 2027 Utility, Asphalt Reconstruction and Resurfacing, and Concrete Replacement projects. The projects include water and sewer main replacement, street reconstruction and resurfacing, and concrete replacement. Geotechnical services will include proctors, subgrade and asphalt density testing, asphalt extraction and gradation, concrete compressive strength testing, air entrainment and slump, etc. Please provide the current rate structure for geotechnical services that includes field and laboratory testing on the attached Excel sheet. The estimates shall include travel time, subconsultant's costs, and location of material testing laboratories.
