Renovation of an educational facility in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 71,920-square-foot educational facility.
Certified Roofing Contractors, licensed by the State of Florida and prequalified by the School Board, are invited to submit bids for a project at South Olive Elementary School Roofing. The ITB document can be obtained from BidNet Direct. The School Board reserves the right to waive minor technicalities in any Bid. IDS SHOULD BE BASED UPON THE FOLLOWING DESCRIPTION OF WORK: • Roof area 71,920 sq/ft • Re-Roofing of existing buildings no.1 • Remove and replace all wet or damaged insulation • Cut existing membrane (minimum every square) • Spot fasten 1/8" asphaltic board into the metal deck • Mechanically fasten the 118 base sheet into the steel • Remove all existing wall flashings, prime walls, and torch 2 piles of SBS • Install new stainless steel metal coping with A.R.B.S
