Description

Renovation of a library in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

The work consists of renovating the Summit Library. All conditions and requirements for quote/bid submission, consideration, and award including SBE requirements and bonding requirements are contained in the Invitation for Quote/Bid and may be obtained by contacting the Facilities Development and Operations Department or downloading from the County's Vendor Self-Service system. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting to review the project requirements. Only quotes/bids received from qualified contractors will be considered. Qualification is required in order to bid for projects under this annual contract and a contractor must submit the Qualification Application at least 10 days before the quote/bid due date for its quote/bid to be considered. Pre-qualification requirements: Qualification is required in order to bid for projects under this annual contract. A Qualification Application must be submitted at least 10 days before the quote/bid due date.
