CONTRACT NO. 24-S01 WEST END AVENUE STAIRS: The scope of work includes removal of existing concrete stairs and bridge, installation of concrete stairs with a bicycle runnel, pedestrian bridge, hand rails, bollards, erosion and sedimentation control facilities, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. CONTRACT NO. 25-R02 PINE DRIVE SLIDE IMPROVEMENTS: The scope of work includes removal of existing slope and road material, placing and compacting of new fill, benching and draining, 650 square yards of roadway reconstruction, stormwater improvements, traffic control, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. CONTRACT NO. 26-R02 2026 ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM: The scope of work includes approximately 124,000 square yards of roadway milling and profiling, Superpave WMA binder course, wearing course, base repair, traffic control, bituminous wedge curb, concrete curb and sidewalk, structure adjustments, ADA ramps, linestriping, roadway widening, add alternates for additional square yards of resurfacing, demo, concrete curb and sidewalk, add alternates for additional paving, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction on various roadways in the Township of Moon, Township of North Fayette, and Township of Collier. CONTRACT NO. 26-R03 2026 ROADWAY MAINTENANCE – SEAL COAT: The scope of work includes approximately 16,000 square yards of bituminous seal coating, and linestriping for various roadways in Moon Township, add alternates for additional bituminous seal coating, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. CONTRACT NO. 26-R04 2026 ROADSIDE IMPROVEMENTS - GUIDERAIL: The scope of work includes installation of approximately 1,550 linear feet of Type 31-S guiderail replacement, impact attenuators, end sections and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. CONTRACT NO. 26-F01 2026 FENCING IMPROVEMENTS: The scope of work includes the installation of approximately 450 LF of 4-foot-tall split rail fence including posts, rails, and foundations; add alternates for additional fence installation, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. CONTRACT NO. 26-SW1 OLSON PARK STREAM IMPROVEMENTS: The scope of work includes approximately 500 feet of stream restoration including excavation, grading, slope stabilization fabric, riparian buffer plantings, stormwater pond construction, erosion and sedimentation controls, restoration, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. All bidders are required to buy the Bid Documents in PDF format for a non-refundable deposit from QuestCDN. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Township. No bid bond shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has failed to or cannot comply with any requirements as set forth in the plans, specifications, applicable statutes of the State of Pennsylvania, or applicable municipal ordinances. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. Procurement is subject to the Pennsylvania “Steel Products Procurement Act” and, for contract value exceeding $25,000, the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and The Public Works Employment Verification Act. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
