PROJECT-SPECIFIC SCOPES (Each project will be bid separately): Project 1 - Ave H @ 14th Street Crossover Upgrade: Remove asphalt roadway, remove two rows of concrete culverts, install four rows of corrugated pipe, install stabilized sand bedding, replace asphalt surface to match existing pavement, and ensure proper flow alignment with Highway 6 drainage. Project 2 - Ave L (West Side) - 9th St to 11th St Driveway Culvert Upgrades: At multiple specified addresses, remove and replace concrete slabs and existing culverts with new, larger concrete culverts, replace or restore slabs as needed, and upgrade culverts at dirt driveways. Project 3 - Ave L (East Side) - Enclave Ct to 11th St: Includes work at 11 locations such as adding culverts, replacing slabs, and graveling driveways to specified dimensions and sizes. Project 4 - 11th St @ Ave L Crossover Upgrades: Replace existing culverts with larger corrugated pipes on both sides of the street, stabilized sand bedding, and asphalt restoration. Project 5 - 11th St Culvert Upgrades (Various Locations): At about 10 addresses, remove existing culverts, install new culverts as specified, replace driveway slabs, and re-gravel where required. Project 6 - Ave M @ Highland Ditch Crossover Upgrade: Remove asphalt, add new culvert, replace asphalt, and maintain alignment with the drainage profile. Project 7 - 18th St & Ave L Crossover Upgrade: Remove asphalt roadway, add new culvert rows to the crossover, and replace asphalt surface. Project 8 - Drainage Upgrade at Ave T South from 24th Street to City Limits: At several specified addresses, remove existing culverts, install new culverts, re-gravel or replace driveways, and construct concrete bulkheads where indicated. Contractors may bid on one, multiple, or all seven (8) drainage improvement projects.
