Site work for a water / sewer project in Osceola, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of drilling two new drinking water wells, installing well pumps, constructing an access road, and setting up electrical equipment required for temporary power. Bids shall be submitted on a unit price basis. Each bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and must include a certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable in an amount not less than 5 percent of the bid amount. The bid proposal and contract work must comply with all applicable federal, state, county, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Bidders are responsible for downloading bid documents from the specified online source and must enter addendum numbers in the proposal to verify receipt. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject bids, choose the most qualified bidder for the project, and postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed 90 days from the bid opening date. No bid may contain material omissions, irregularities, or obviously unbalanced unit prices in the opinion of the Owner. Bidders are encouraged to consider small, minority, and women business enterprises. Question Deadline 03/04/2026 Any person contemplating the submission of a Bid shall have thoroughly examined all of the various parts of these Documents and, should there be any doubt as to the meaning or intent of said Contract Documents, the Bidder should request of the Engineer, in writing (received by the Engineer at least 5 working days prior to bid opening), an interpretation thereof.
