Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in West Bend, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of April 16, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on April 20, 2026. Remove and Replace 4-Inch Concrete Sidewalk 3,800 SF Remove and Replace 6-Inch Concrete Sidewalk 400 SF Furnish and Place Topsoil, Seed, Fertilizer and Water 400 SY The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the scheduled bid opening. No bid will be received unless accompanied by an uploaded Bid Bond or electronic Surety2000 bid bond equal to 5% of the bid. The successful bidder will execute and file the contract and payment and performance assurances within 10 days after the award of the contract. The payment and performance assurances must be for an amount at least equal to the contract price and must be in the form of a bond, an irrevocable letter of credit, or an escrow account acceptable to the City. In case the bidder fails to file such contract, performance bond, and payment bond, the amount of the check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages.
