East Lansing Public Schools is seeking bids for the purchase and installation of multimedia systems and associated equipment for the New Administration Building. The systems are to be configured and installed to service the Administration Building as outlined in the bid documents. Bids must include all portions of the work identified for the individual bid package. Sealed bids are required and must be submitted using the provided forms, completed in full and signed by an authorized officer or agent. A pre-bid conference will be held, with attendance strongly encouraged for all contractors interested in bidding. Drawings, specifications, and any relevant documents may be obtained by request. Bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount is required. The selected contractor(s) must provide performance and payment bonds equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount, including any accepted alternates. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept a bid or a portion thereof. Bids are to be physically submitted and will not be accepted by fax or electronically.
