Renovation of a municipal facility in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the removal and replacement of one overhead garage door and associated hardware at the Cheltenham Township Public Works Garage. All bids must be submitted online, with bidders required to create a free account on the designated procurement portal. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid, payable to Cheltenham Township. The successful bidder must comply with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The Township reserves the right to waive minor informalities or defects, reject any or all bids, or make an award based on individual bid items or the aggregate total as deemed in its best interest. Bids may be held for up to 60 days for review and investigation of bidder qualifications prior to contract award. Questions must be submitted via OpenGov Procurement Portal no later than 3:30 pm on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.
