Renovation of a multi-residential development in South Pittsburg, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Sealed bids are requested for "Exterior Renovations at Development TN037-002." Bidders must be licensed contractors as specified by the Contractors' Licensing Act of 1976, Tennessee General Assembly. Bids must be made on the provided Bid Form and include a security deposit of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The work is subject to requirements regarding employment conditions, minimum wage rates, and compliance with federal acts including Executive Orders 11246 and 11375, 40 CFR 35.936-7, the Davis-Bacon Act, the Anti-Kickback Act, and the Contract Work Hours Standard Act. Facilities provided for employees must not be segregated based on race, creed, color, or national origin. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. All bid documents and addenda must be obtained from the architect's website to be eligible to bid. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities and reject any or all bids.
