Renovation of a mixed-use development in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Portable, mobile, medical-grade refrigerator/freezer units totaling five hundred eighty-seven units are required, capable of operating primarily on standard AC electrical outlets and equipped with rechargeable batteries to support backup and mobile operation. Units must meet medical-grade performance standards and support reliable cooling and freezing functions during both stationary and mobile use. Attached documentation provides full specifications, technical requirements, and instructions for submission. All questions regarding this RFQ of contractual or technical nature, must be submitted electronically by email to with subject line "RFQ 75A50326Q00005-Questions", to Akela Long at Akela.Long@hhs.gov and Annette Wright Annette.Wright@hhs.gov no later than 8 March 2026. 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). The Government's responses to questions will be posted as an attachment to the combined synopsis/solicitation posting. Unless the Government determines that it is in its best interest to provide a response, questions received after the deadline will not be answered. Anticipated Base Period: 04/01/2026 - 09/30/2027 (18 months) The Contractor shall provide a Mobile Medical-Grade Refrigerator and Freezer System in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW)
