Description

Renovation of a laboratory facility in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.

The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of Georgia Institute of Technology invites bids to supply, deliver, and install a new air compressor for the Ben T. Zinn Combustion Lab. This must be a continuous run compressor providing oil-free air at a minimum 580 psi, at least 2.3 lbm/s (1800 scfm), and dried to a -40 F dew point or lower. The system is anticipated to consist of one or more compressors, filters, dryers, safety relief valves, and a control system. The compressor will provide process air to experiments. The contract will be awarded to the lowest most responsive responsible bidder. All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted through the Sourcing Event. No questions other than written will be accepted. No responses other than written will be binding upon Georgia Tech. All Bidders must submit questions by the deadline identified in the Sourcing Event. Bidders are cautioned that Georgia Tech may or may not elect to entertain late questions or questions submitted by any other method.
