The successful Bidder is required to register and create an account in the DES Diversity Compliance program (B2Gnow). The Project consists of demolishing select existing electrical equipment including panel boards, switchboards, unit substation and feeders and replacing with new electrical equipment. Existing door will be replaced with a new door with door access control. A new exhaust fan and unit heater will be provided. Scope of work is as indicated on drawings and specifications. In general, the scope includes 1. Demolishing existing Building 5 interior electrical unit substation including switchboard, oil filled transformer and medium voltage switch. Provide switchboard and pad mounted transformer. 2. Demolish and provide panelboards at same location. 3. Demolish and provide feeders. 4. Demolish and provide door. 5. Provide card reader on door. 6.
