**As of March 26th, 2026, this project has been awarded to Current Electric NW, LLC for $110,839.** This project involves pedestrian crosswalk improvements at the intersection of 1st Street (SR 903) and Pennsylvania Avenue. The work includes, but is not limited to, installation of Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFBs), related permanent signing, miscellaneous surface restoration, and all other associated tasks as specified in the contract plans, special provisions, and standard specifications. The work must be substantially complete within 20 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. Bidding and construction must comply with the contract provisions, contract plans, and any addenda issued. Proposals must be submitted on the provided form and be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashier's check, or proposal bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total proposal amount. Bid documents are available free of charge online, and bidders are encouraged to register for updates. The City of Roslyn reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any proposal.
