Sealed bids are invited for Patching and Drainage Rehabilitation on Various Roads in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana, identified as CALCASIEU PARISH PROJECT NO. 25-105-1345. Only electronic bids will be accepted; paper bids are not allowed. Electronic bidding requires the InfoTech Express Sign Tool and an InfoTech Digital ID. Bidders are responsible for arranging their Digital ID before bid submission. All bids must include a bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid and any alternates, provided as an electronic bid bond. The successful bidder must provide a Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the contract amount. Only contractors licensed for Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction as per LSA--R.S. 37:2150-2163 may submit bids. Bids cannot be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days after receipt. Preference will be given to materials produced, manufactured, or grown in Louisiana, where quality is equal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause.
