CAER Sirens Replacement Project The project consists of the work as hereinafter specified and as shown on plans dated January 2026 and prepared by Associated Design Group, Inc. 3004 Ryan Street Lake Charles, LA 70601 The work, in general, consists of the following 1. Repair and replacement of CAER Sirens and associated support components at several CAER siren sites located throughout Calcasieu Parish. This is an emergency siren replacement project involving replacement of Community Alert Emergency Response (CAER) sirens, speakers, poles, electrical components, housing and associated equipment at multiple locations throughout Calcasieu Parish. May require tower construction contractor licensing. Question Deadline 05/26/2026 Bidders, requiring clarification or interpretation of Bidding Documents, shall make a written request to the Architect to reach him at least seven (7) days prior to the date of receipt of bids.
