The Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the Calcasieu Parish Sheriffs Office, requests sealed bids for the purchase and installation of two (2) 300 HP outboard motors as specified. All bids must be submitted on the provided BID FORM or Electronic Bid Form. Paper Bid forms can be obtained at the Sheriffs Departments Purchasing Office located at the Archives & Central Distribution Facility, or electronic access is available online. Preference will be given to materials, supplies, and provisions produced, manufactured, or grown in Louisiana, provided the quality is equal to those offered by competitors outside the state. The Sheriffs Office reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause. Bids may be held for up to forty-five (45) days from opening to review and investigate qualifications prior to award. All bids must be plainly marked on the envelope with the bid details.
