Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Davis, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work includes stormwater infrastructure replacements at several locations around the City, including relocation of a drain inlet at one location, installation of new drain inlets at three locations, and replacement of a drain pipe at one location. Additionally, drain inlets and drain pipes are to be abandoned at two locations. The work also includes removal and re-sloping of the gutter at one location, and the removal and salvage of bicycle push buttons at two locations. Furthermore, curb, gutter, sidewalk, hot-mix asphalt (HMA), and base material are to be replaced as needed to facilitate construction of the drain inlets and pipes. All work must be performed in accordance with the Project Plans and Specifications, the City of Davis Standard Specifications January 1996 Edition with addenda through September 2021, prevailing wage rates, labor surcharge and equipment rental rates, and all applicable local and state laws and regulations.
