Deliver bids to 2625 Thalia Street, before 2:00pm, for the project entitled Abramson Sci Academy Renovations at 5552 Read Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70127, Project Number: GHC Project No. 3223149. Complete bidding documents are available online without charge or deposit. Bidders may submit bids electronically. All questions, inquiries, and requests for additional information must be submitted electronically, and all responses will be issued as addenda. Bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the low bid in the form of a certified check or cashier's check, with the Bid Bond in favor of Collegiate Academies. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount, issued by a qualified Surety Company. Only contractors who attend the mandatory pre-bid conference will have their bids accepted. Bids are accepted from contractors licensed for Building Construction. No bid may be withdrawn for forty-five days after receipt. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. Question Deadline 03/24/2026 Prospective bidders desiring further information or interpretations of the Drawings and /or Specifications must request such data from the Architect electronically via Centerline. Answers to all questions, inquiries and requests for additional information will be issued in the form of Addenda to the Drawings and Specifications and copies of each addendum will be posted on Centerline to all prospective bidders. Every request for such interpretation should be submitted electronically via Centerline. To be given consideration, requests must be RECEIVED at least seven (7) days prior to date fixed for the opening of bids. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda to the Specifications and/or Drawings.
