Reference Number 0000414225 The Phase II work consists of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment required for design, fabricate, and deliver a tainter gate, lifting mechanism, and associated accessories shown on the Drawings or specified in the Project Manual. The Phase III work consists of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment required to install the new tainter gate, lifting mechanism, and associated accessories, construct bank stabilization measures, and watermain replacement as shown on the Drawings or specified in the Project Manual. A certified check payable to the City of Port Huron, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. All bids must be submitted on proposal forms provided by the City of Port Huron for that purpose. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, labor and materials bonds, maintenance and guarantee bonds, and insurance certificates.
