Renovation of an educational facility in Port Huron, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Port Huron Area School District will accept sealed proposals for the reroofing of Port Huron High School located at 2215 Court St., Port Huron, Michigan 48060. Proposals must be submitted sealed and labeled accordingly. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. Late bids will not be considered or accepted. All proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend. Scope of Work 1. Remove existing ballast and PVC membrane and dispose of in a legal manner 2. Remove and dispose of existing edge metal. 3. Mechanically attach one layer 1/2 " fanfold insulation. 4. Mechanically attach 50 mil Duro-Last prefab system or DLX to the entire roof area. 5. Install two-way vents per manufacturer's specifications. 6. Properly flash and seal all roof penetrations per manufacturer specifications detail. 7. Install proper drain flashing and dome strainers per manufacturer specifications. 8. Install two piece compression metal to the roof perimeter. Material is to be 24 ga with a kynar paint finish. 9. Install walk pad at roof hatch and at top and bottom of the wall ladder. 10. Complete clean up and disposal of all job-related debris. 11. Provide a 20yr NDL manufacturers warranty covering 100% of materials and labor. 12. Work must be performed between June 15th to July 10th or July 18th to August 15th
