Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lake Delton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project involves work at the intersection of USH 12 and Olympus Drive and includes the following: installation of a temporary traffic signal including underground conduit, traffic control, coordination with WisDOT (including the use of WisDOT-supplied signal items), removal of existing curb and gutter and driveway aprons, installation of temporary asphalt curb ramps and detectable warning fields, placement of temporary asphaltic surface and temporary asphaltic curb and gutter, application of temporary pavement markings, grading, erosion control, clear stone, and restoration. Instructions to bidders: No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by bid security made payable to the owner in an amount of 5% of the bidder's maximum bid price, provided in the form of a certified check or electronic bid bond by a surety meeting requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. If the bidder fails to execute the contract within 15 days, the bid security will be forfeited as liquidated damages. Bids may not be withdrawn within 60 days after the opening. The minimum wages shall be in accordance with the local wage rate scale. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. Questions deadline: 02/24/2026
