Holter Hall Dormitory Bathroom Upgrade as described in the specifications, per the general conditions and solicitation for bids on the campus of Panhandle State University, Goodwell OK. Each bidder must deposit, with their bid, security in the amount and form set out in the contract documents. Security shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly directed to the statutory requirements, Certificate of Compliance with Executive Order 11246 (as amended), and certificate concerning non-collusion and business relationship provisions. No bidder may withdraw their bid within one hundred eighty (180) days after the date of opening thereof. Question Submission Close Date 3/18/2026 5:00 PM CDT Oklahoma Panhandle State University is seeking a request for quotes for materials, equipment, and labor for the Holter Hall Dormitory Bathroom upgrade project. There are twelve (12) community bathrooms included in the base bid. There are two (4) public restrooms located in Holter North and South 1st floor included in the base bid. There is one (1) apartment with two (2) bathrooms located off the 1st floor lobby included in the base bid. This work is to be completed as defined in the Base Bid details section below. The successful bidder will coordinate schedules with the university. Two options are available for bid. 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 take into account demolition, excluding demolition of wall tile, and application of the product Miracle Method or equivalent on existing tile. 1.3.1 and 1.3.2 take into account demolition of existing wall tile and installation of new tile.
