Inspection and assessment of existing fire-rated barriers, including walls, doors, and penetrations, to determine required repairs and restoration. Repair or replacement of damaged fire-rated assemblies and components, along with the application of approved firestop materials and sealants to restore required fire-resistance performance. All work must comply with NFPA fire protection standards and applicable DOE fire protection requirements. Documentation and verification of completed repairs must be provided to support quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Work may occur across designated Idaho National Laboratory facilities and may fall under Davis-Bacon Act requirements and the INL Site Stabilization Agreement when performed within the 890-square-mile INL site boundary. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
