Description

Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Work shall consist of decommissioning Wells 3 and 5 at Water Station 1, located at 2103 E Reserve St, Vancouver, WA 98661, and other work, all in accordance with WAC 173-160-381, the attached Exhibits, Provisions and the Standard Specifications. Work shall be Physically Complete within 40 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed. Pre-Bid Meeting 03/03/2026 at 11:00 AM PT An optional pre-bid meeting is to be held on TUESDAY, at Water Station 1, located at 2103 E RESERVE ST, VANCOUVER, WA 98661. Interested prime contractors are encouraged to attend. At this meeting, questions concerning the Contract Documents and the proposed work will be discussed.
