The work consists of the construction of a new lift station to replace the existing station, including the installation of new influent sewer and force mains, construction of a new wet well, building, replacement of the existing emergency power system, and demolition of the existing lift station. The work also includes site work improvements, HVAC, electrical, and other ancillary work required to accomplish the modifications. Bids must be submitted online via QuestCDN.com. Prospective bidders must register with QuestCDN.com and purchase the bidding documents to be considered a Planholder. Bidders are required to submit a statement of financial ability, equipment, and experience at least five days prior to the bid opening. A certified or bank check or a Bid Bond not less than 5% of the total base bid must accompany the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, or accept bids that best serve the Owner's interests. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after opening without the Owner's consent. Non-discrimination in employment is required. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
