Demolition, site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,200-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility.
Sheboygan County is soliciting bids for the furnishing and complete construction of a multi-purpose storage building located at Broughton Sheboygan County Marsh Park near Elkhart Lake. The project includes demolition of the original Marsh Lodge, preparation of the site, installation of a concrete foundation slab, and furnishing and construction of a new post frame building in accordance with the specifications. Sheboygan County will be responsible for all electrical work associated with the project. Bids must be received in electronic format, and bidders are required to furnish bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or certified check of not less than 5% of the total base bid amount. The awarded contractor will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond equal to 100% of the project bid amount and a certificate of insurance naming the County of Sheboygan as additionally insured prior to the start of work. All proposals must remain in effect for at least sixty days beyond the submission deadline. Sheboygan County reserves the right to reject any bids, cancel the solicitation, and waive informality.
