A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Fishkill Avenue / Mountain Avenue Improvements: Drainage and Roadway Work Reference Number 0000413940 The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install drainage and roadway improvements at the intersection of Fishkill Avenue and Mountain Avenue in the Village of Cold Spring. Other related work shall include the installation of curbs, ramps, and crosswalks, all in accordance with the Bid Documents and/or as directed by the Engineer and/or the Village. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Bids shall be made on the Proposal Forms furnished with the Bid Documents and must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond acceptable to the Village or a certified cashier's check drawn on a solvent bank in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid. Checks shall be made payable to the Village of Cold Spring, New York, and are to be held by the Village as a guarantee for the proper execution and delivery of the Contract and payment and performance bonds in the total amount of the Contract that meet the requirements in the Bid Documents. If the Bidder awarded a contract fails to execute and deliver the Contract and Bonds, the amount of the bid security shall be forfeited to and retained by the Village of Cold Spring as liquidated damages.
