Installation of residential water meters. This project includes the following work: furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to install approximately 5,200 water meters and radio communication modules within 600 consecutive days. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
