Prospective vendors shall provide on-site marble engraving services for an existing, pre-affixed commemorative marble slab. Be able to match the existing font style, size, spacing, and engraving depth currently used on the marble slab to ensure visual consistency. Perform all engraving on-site at the project location. Be fully equipped and experienced in engraving directly onto a pre-affixed (already installed) marble surface. Provide all necessary tools, equipment, and materials required to complete the engraving safely and professionally. Demonstrate prior experience with similar on-site stone or marble engraving projects. Work samples may be requested. The selected vendor shall possess the following insurance types: General Liability, Auto Liability, Worker's Compensation Insurance or Worker's Compensation Exemption. Additional insurance may be required at city's sole discretion. The selected vendor shall agree to the city's standard procurement processes including but not limited to competitive bidding, contract terms, and insurance requirements.
