Contractors shall provide janitorial services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement for the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System. Services include all labor, management, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to meet the performance requirements outlined in the draft PWS, along with evidence of capability to perform comparable work. Contractors must demonstrate experience performing similar janitorial service projects in both government and commercial settings and provide documentation showing their ability to meet all service requirements, including compliance with the Limitations on Subcontracting. Contractors must also provide responses addressing company socioeconomic status, certification status if applicable, unique entity information, point of contact details, and a capability statement describing relevant qualifications, past performance, and subcontracting intentions. An informational price estimate must be completed for semiannual tuning of natural gas and oil systems, adjustment of burner combustion, calibration of oxygen trim limits, and calibration of instruments monitoring and control systems for three Nebraska high-pressure water tube boilers, including combustion and calibration reports in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
